Exceptional reviews that reflect a pattern of excellence with my past clients.
Brian has been my realtor for years, he was there when I opened my daycare center, and now he has helped me achieve one of the biggest milestones of my life: buying my first home. From start to finish, Brian has been consistently supportive, patient, and incredibly attentive.
He is extremely communicative between sellers and buyers, always making sure I get answers right away. Whenever I had questions about the house, he reached out to the other party immediately and kept me updated. The biggest moment for me was when I needed to confirm whether I could install a fence on my property due to the conservation land. Brian didn’t hesitate, he called the conservation office himself and gathered all the information I needed. That kind of dedication is rare.
As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I really didn’t know much about the process. Brian guided us through every single step and made us feel safe, informed, and comfortable. He was incredibly patient with my questions, day and night and never made me feel rushed or uncertain.
I am truly grateful to have worked with him. Brian is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, honest, and genuinely invested in his clients’ happiness. He is absolutely the best!
I highly, highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will be in the best hands.
I had the best experience working with Brian Graham! I sold my condo during the summer with basically a month to sell it, and Brian made it happen. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market for my area and with his professionalism dealing with all the people and moving parts involved with selling a condo. He was reachable at any time, and he gave perfect advice about preparing my place for sale. He was patient with walking me through the process and explaining everything that I needed to do on my end. Brian was always willing to help, and better yet, he was able to sell my place for 40% higher than what I bought it for. He couldn't have done a better job. I feel like I've made a lifelong friend!
We have worked with Brian on both the buying (twice) and selling side. As buyers, Brian has been supportive, open-minded, and patient with us as we've explored dozens of houses over multiple months. Brian always has an accurate forecast of how the offers will likely play out, and what the house will likely sell for. Brian is creative and forward-thinking in how to make our offer as attractive as possible, while not pushing us to do anything we're not comfortable with. We are extremely pleased with the buying experience with Brian, and have referred friends to work with him. We are currently working with Brian in an effort to buy our second house. As sellers, Brian promised to generate high interest and competition for our house - and he delivered. Additionally, Brian took much of the stress out of the process by arranging for reasonably priced, highly effective photographers, stagers, and other prep work to enhance the presentation of the house. Brian was right again, and our house sold well over asking price.
Brian is an incredible realtor! The entire process was smooth, from selling our home to buying our next. We all know that the market is volatile, at best, and Brian made the entire thing easy to understand and got the best for our family. I couldn’t recommend him or Leopold and McMasters more!
I don't think that we could have had a better guide through this process than Brian - he both sold our condo in the city and helped us with the new build in our new town. He was consummately professional, knowledgeable and helped with every detail of the buying and selling process. We were extremely impressed with how he dealt with mortgage lenders, lawyers, sellers agents, buyers agents - the whole nine yards - could not recommend him more highly.

Brian is fantastic! He is very responsive with emails and easy to communicate with. He knows the area very well and was honest about prices and conditions of homes. He never pushed us to make offers we felt uncomfortable with and we weren’t afraid to ask him a ton of questions. Whenever we asked to look at a house, Brian would immediately try to get us in there as soon as possible. I have already recommend Brian to a friend who has started her search, and would definitely use Brian’s services again for the next home!
Brian was an absolute dream! This was the first time I was buying a house and for a novice like my fiance and myself we couldn't have been in better hands. Brian was with us every step of the way no matter how many odd questions we asked him, and made the whole process an ease. Even times where we didn't think of a question he was quick to ask which showed how seasoned of a professional he is and can tell that he truly puts his clients first. All in all, Brian was the upmost professional and if I ever end up buying another home he is the first person I would call!
I am completely satisfied with the services I received through Brian Graham and his Team. From start to finish - he was very responsive, kind and a constant professional. I would highly recommend Brian for all of your real estate needs.
Brian is a fantastic realtor and person overall! He's incredibly knowledgable about the markets around the Boston area and overall as a real estate agent. He is very trustworthy, has a great amount of integrity, and always puts his clients needs first. I would highly recommend Brian for any real estate needs. You will be incredibly happy!
Brian helped my husband and I find our dream home and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided! He sent us listings as they were posted, attended open houses with us and had a really strong knowledge of the local market. He helped us negotiate in a crazy sellers market and we would absolutely use him when buying or selling in the future.
Brian is a rock star. He was, start to finish, the perfect person to work with in house hunting, putting in an offer, closing, and even in recommendations after the close. Brian was patient with us as we took a real long time to even figure out what we want, and he was always willing to share positives and negatives with each home we expressed interest in. When we finally found the perfect home for us, he was instrumental in helping our offer stand out from the other dozens of offers submitted. Brian helped us to ensure we didn’t get in over our heads and made sure our offer was competitive but not excessive. Even after the close Brian has been incredibly helpful in getting us adjusted to our new neighborhood and getting us contacts for everyone we could possibly want to talk to. We closed over a month ago and he's still helping us! Thank you for everything you’ve done for us, Brian.
I can't recommend Leopold and Mcmmasters enough after the sale of our house in Boston this year. I worked with the owner (Brian) through a complex sales and negotiation process. It was a 2-family house and we were also out of state for much of the process. At each step of the way, Brian made my wife and me feel extremely confident that our sale was being handled in a professional manner. A few things really stood out. --Respect: Brian took the time to understand what our goals were and also met us where we were in terms of knowledge. We didn't know much about the process of selling a house, and Brian was able to clearly and kindly walk us through all of our questions. Brian gave us the information and confidence to make informed decisions - we felt empowered in a process that I think can feel overwhelming. --Responsiveness: I honestly don't think it took more than 5 minutes for Brian to respond to a text or email from me or someone else involved with the process. Since the stakes were high, each interaction mattered a lot to us. We didn't have to wonder if he didn't know the answer or didn't care - he would always respond with an answer. He even answered a question when he was on an international vacation. --Industry Contacts: I'm always a little leery of referrals from businesses because they might be getting a kickback or something. The proof was in the pudding, though, on his referrals for closing attorney, photographer, and staging co. All three were excellent and really helped get us a good price. To me, it was an indicator that Brian knew what he was doing. He knew the people that were experts/pros and saved us the stress of having to evaluate each separately. --Competence: In the end, for us selling a house was about getting the price we were hoping to get and a smooth process. Check (and then some) and definitely check. We always felt confident that each issue (staging, photos, listing, open house, negotiation, inspections, random misc things you wouldn't even think of) were being handled properly. Even without the services mentioned above, getting the right outcome with Leopold and Mcmasters would worth the 5 stars. For us, picking an agent to work with was hard because there isn't a lot of info out there. So you just don't know if the person you pick is the right one for the job. I can't speak to anyone else's experience with this company. All I know is that it was the biggest transaction of my life, and I feel really, really fortunate to have worked with Brian and his company.
